I’m in my second year as an Artist in Residence for Imagine Crafts and loving every minute!
One of my projects this month is a nod to Valentine’s Day {heart}

This finished card 4.25 x 5.5” and here’s how I did it:
Cut one piece Fuchsia cardstock 4.25 x 5.5”
Cut 1 piece of white cardstock 4” x 5.25” or larger –
Lay polka dot stencil on white piece and spray with Fireworks LadyBug, let dry
On a scrap piece of white cardstock, spray Fireworks Lady Bug to cover paper, let dry and cut a 3” circle.
Cut circle almost in half, take the larger side and punch edges with scalloped edge punch
Take home a coffee sleeve from your local coffee place, take apart and cut the ‘cupcake cup’ measuring 2” on one end of the ‘cup’ and 3” on the top end.
Cut 1 strip from fuchsia 4” x ¾” and 1 strip of white cardstock 4” x 5/8”.
Spray white cardstock with Pewter Shimmer Spray, let dry
Stamp ‘Mon Amie’ with Versafine Black Onyx and emboss with clear powder
Time to assemble:
Adhere polka dot card to fushia background
Adhere ‘mon amie’ strip to fuchsia strip and adhere to polka dot paper approx ½” from bottom of card
Adhere 3 small hearts to cupcake top
Edge the cupcake top with Brilliance Platinum Planet by running the edges along the stamp
Using dimensional tape, adhere cupcake ‘cup’ to center of card and then the cupcake top. Viola!
