Welcome to the Blog Hop! Take a stroll through some designs and make sure to scroll down to the bottom for a chance to win!
Top Dog Dies has the most beautiful Christmas Tree die and even tho the detail is intricate it cuts cleanly each time.
I love this Tree die – you can find it HERE – this design includes the tree cut in the same cardstock as the background. Then using a few hole punches I added some ‘berries’ and ‘bling’ to decorate the tree. The card is finished with the ‘Christmas Joy’ sentiment from Papertrey.
For this design I cut 2 trees with the die out of some shiny gold paper. Can you tell where the whole tree is in the card? I laid one whole tree on the white cardstock and trimmed the second tree to fill in the blank spaces. Once all pieces were adhered I trimmed the ends to line up evenly.
I stamped ‘Merry Christmas’ on a piece of vellum and wrapped it around the top card. Then adhered the whole piece first to a green background and then to the card.
I love this effect!
